Simton Design Company bought this decrepit old Victorian factory and have turned it into their Design Headquarters. The glass ceiling over the centre court of the building brings natural sunlight to every floor. The first floor has the main Reception with a small cafe, the photo studio, and the administration and graphics design office. The second floor features an open gallery to the main floor, the artist studio, and the architectural design offices. Third floor hosts the executive office, boardroom and entertainment area, again, with an open gallery balcony overlooking the main floor.
